BIOGRAFIA
Studia architettura a Genova. Nel 1970, inizia la sua carriera come assistente di Emanuele Luzzati. Esperienze a tutto campo: pubblicità, cinema, tantissima televisione, varietà, giornalismo, fiction, ristrutturazioni particolari, spazi espositivi, mostre. Ha insegnato scenografia televisiva allo IED e al Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia di Roma. Da parecchi anni firma tutti i lavori con Alida Cappellini. Ha firmato con Alida Cappellini alcune trasmissioni che hanno fatto la storia della televisione italiana come Indietro Tutta, Doc. Riceve nel 1988 il Premio Montecatini come miglior Scenografia Televisiva. In questi ultimi anni lavora su opere Liriche, Teatro e mostre. Tra gli ultimi lavori: Rai 2 30 anni di Indietro Tutta, le mostre sulla storia di Cinecittà Perché Cinecittà e Girando a Cinecittà; La mostra su Renzo Arbore; 80 anni di Cinecittà al teatro 1 da Dicembre 2018.
BIOGRAPHY
He studied architecture in Genoa. In 1970, he began his career as assistant to Emanuele Luzzati. Full-range experiences: commercials, cinema, television, variety, journalism, fiction, exhibition spaces. He taught television production design at the IED institute and at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. He has worked with his partner Alida Cappellini for manyyears.He has signed with Alida Cappellini many famous italian TV shows: Indietro Tutta, Doc. In 1988 he received the Montecatini Award for best Television Production design. In recent years he has worked on opera, theater and exhibitions. Among the latest works: Rai 2 - 30 anni di Indietro Tutta, exhibitions on Cinecittà history - Perché Cinecittà and Girando a Cinecittà; 80 anni di Cinecittà al teatro 1 from December 2018; and the exhibition on the Tv showman Renzo Arbore.
